GHL Hotel Portón Medellín

The staff was very friendly. Even though we were late for breakfast, they still made breakfast for us. The restaurant is open 24/7 for room service, which is very convenient with kids. The room was very beautiful and clean, and the view of Santa Fe is also lovely. The neighborhood is very modern and clean. You can easily and quickly walk to the Santa Fe Mall from the hotel.

Everything was fantastic. The value for the price is really good. The staff was incredibly professional, the food was exquisite, the room and beds were comfortable, the facilities such as the gym were great, and the location is really good. I couldn't recommend this hotel more.

My stay at GHLwas mostly enjoyable. The staff was incredibly professional and courteous, and the facilities were top-notch. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, and its location was convenient for exploring the city.

Restaurant & breakfast. The room was clean and spacious, perfectly acceptable for our lowest available rate. I'm sure more money would get a better room - with a view on a higher floor.

a cosy room and nice restaurant part with comfortable chairs and a view into the green. Breakfast very well and of good choice.. yummy Staff was very helpful, gave us rechargeable Metrocards and hints for sports, shopping and transportation... the area is plesant and on sundays, the main street that goes through the city, is blocked for biker, jogger, dog walker and everybody who wants to enjoy what seems like a community event. We saw as well an outside zumba class and some stands on the sidewalk. A very nice sunday feeling in front of the hotel.
